Andrew Bird简介

Andrew Bird 1973年生于美国伊利诺伊州。1996年发行了第一张专辑《Music of Hair》，这是一张具有民谣、布鲁斯、爵士风格的作品，里面也展示了Bird的小提琴技巧。这之后1998年的《Thrills》专辑更是确定了Bird弦乐为主的兼具爵士风味的民谣摇滚风格。随后的几张专辑，大多基于这个风格，媒体也渐渐开始关注这个学古典出身、拉着小提琴的家伙，他的作品有着慢热的温和魅力。
2005年的Bird发行了自己的第七张专辑《Mysterious Production of Eggs》，这张关于童年关于想象力的专辑，生机勃勃，优雅而充满情趣，让很多乐迷爱不释手，也奠定了Bird在Indie乐届的地位。在专辑中，Bird几乎包揽了全部编曲和演奏，小提琴、电吉他，还有他自己招牌般的口哨。
